Your email is used to: deliver converted files, send account notifications, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Uploaded files and converted PES files are stored temporarily for up to 7 days to allow you to download them. After that, they are automatically and permanently deleted.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure file storage on Microsoft Azure.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account from your profile page.
You may receive transactional emails (download links, password resets) and occasional service updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails by contacting us.
