Terms of Service — PES Maker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PES Maker (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PES Maker converts image and SVG files into PES embroidery format files. The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge during this period.

3. Beta Program

The Service is in beta testing. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. We make no guarantees about uptime or data retention during the beta period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use those files. Uploaded files are stored temporarily (up to 7 days) and then automatically deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious files, attempting to circumvent rate limits, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect conversions or data loss.
